Skillastics® After School Package

The Skillastics® After School Package is all you need to transform the physical activity, recreation, or summer component of your After School Program.  This package includes a physical activity curriculum designed around EVERY Skillastics® Activity Kit (Except Speed Stacks Skillastics) highlighting fitness, sport-skill development, academic integration, and character development.

The package contains lessons that span over 36-weeks.  A simple to follow outline provides step-by-step lessons that coincide with the instructional manuals and online support. 

In addition, you have unlimited access to training tutorials.  Perfect for staff refreshers or getting new staff up to speed with the program.

Finally, Skillastics University includes a robust online library filled with instructional videos.  The visuals make is so simple for staff to follow and implement.

Each day consists of several miniature lessons that equal 40-50 minutes of quality, moderate to vigorous physical activity (MVPA) in the following format:

• Title of Activity
• How long the activity will take to execute
• The grade level the activity is appropriate for
• The overview of the activity
• Equipment needed
• Set up with illustrations & online support
• How to teach and play the activity
• Challenges you may encounter
• Quick Reference cues
