Rooted in Shannon Huffman Polson’s acclaimed book The Grit Factor, this program blends powerful storytelling, movement, meditation, and group learning to help students:

Program Highlights
- Format: 45–60 minutes per day, 5 days a week, for 6 weeks (over 1,000 minutes of content).

Meet the Creator
Shannon Huffman Polson is a trailblazer in leadership and resilience. One of the first women to fly the Apache helicopter in the U.S. Army, she later earned her MBA and MFA, led high-performing teams at Guidant and Microsoft, and authored three books. Today, she teaches at Dartmouth’s Tuck School of Business and brings three decades of expertise to helping young people lead with courage and conviction.
As a mother and educator, Shannon understands the urgent need to equip today’s youth with the tools to meet life’s challenges head-on. Going for Grit delivers exactly that—at the perfect time.
