30-Day Pilates Instructor Megyn Taback has been teaching Pilates in Physical Education Classes for 17 years, fitness over 20 years and Yoga for 14 years. She started a semester long Pilates program where she teaches the students how to teach mat Pilates. The goal of the program is to introduce Pilates to children and to teach them Pilates is exercise for everybody.

The 30-Day Pilates program is divided into sections, each week a new exercise or variation is added. The exercises vary and have variations so all students can find their version of the exercise.

Includes almost 1,000 minutes of instructional content. (30-40 minutes a day for 30 days)
