HiiT Specialty Program (VFF23)


Introducing the high intensity, interval training program designed to introduce physical exercise to elementary, pre-teens and teenagers in a fun and engaging way.

This SELF-RUN program includes 30 days of content, with 30-40 minutes of activity every day.

Targets: 3rd-8th Grades


Now it’s your opportunity to start a HiiT program or club at your school or organization!

Students will learn different HiiT exercises designed to get the heart rate up and get the body moving all while having a great time. Each day is unique and will keep students smiling, sweating, and learning non-stop.

This program was designed to be as easy as possible for Elementary Teachers, After School Instructors and Physical Education Instructors to make physical activity fun. Additionally, you don’t need much space. Just an arm length between the students is all you need.

  • Includes almost 1,000 minutes of instructional content. (30-40 minutes a day for 30 days)
  • Option of starting, stopping or repeating the lessons
  • As the instructor, you will be able to share your screen for the entire lesson lead by an nationally known expert on or off site.
