How to Play All Abilities Skillastics®
Simply place the colorful target on the floor. Organize the 8″ x 10″ activity cards into four color-coded piles — red, green, blue, and yellow — and place them on a table or another easily accessible surface.
Provide the student with a round gray beanbag. Based on their ability, the student may drop or toss the beanbag onto the target. The color the beanbag lands on determines which color card the student selects.
Each card includes four movement levels. The student may choose the level they feel most comfortable with, or the instructor may provide guidance in selecting the appropriate level.
Each activity includes a suggested time, but the instructor or student may adjust the duration as needed.
This flexible approach allows every student to participate at a level that feels comfortable, successful, and engaging.
