How Do You Play?

Hello, my name is Sandy Slade, creator of Fitivities, and I am so excited to show you how this amazing physical activity game works. So, one child could play this, up to 30 people can play Fitivities at one time. But right now, I’m going to show you just how four people can play Fitivities.

You can play Fitivities in any place, indoors, outdoors, you can put it on the floor in the living room, you can put it on a coffee table, you can put it on the kitchen table. Now, the way that you set it up, you lay this mat in the middle of an area, and you put a dice and this little shoe marker on the start spot of each team color. So, you see this green shoe, that’s the start spot for the green team.

The yellow team’s on the yellow shoe, red’s on the red shoe, blue’s on the blue shoe. Now, each team or each person gets one of these spinner cards, and so each person takes one of these spinner cards, and they move away from this big mat, as far away and probably equal distance from the mat. Now, the way you start is you say go, or you turn on music, and the person from each of these teams comes to their color, and they roll their dice.

Whatever they roll, they land on an activity. Everybody’s doing it at the same time. Whatever they land on, it does not say how many repetitions you have to do.

So, you come back to your spinner card, and you spin it. Whatever you land on, I landed on complete 10 repetitions. So, I would have to do 10 repetitions of that activity, and whatever anybody else landed on, they would have to do the same thing whenever they spun.

When they’re done, everybody comes back to their same color and repeats the process at the same time. Whenever they finish, they run to their dice and their marker. Now, the goal is for the first person or team to get all the way around, jumping over their start spot, and landing and finishing the first activity past their shoe start spot.

So, for example, if I landed right here, I’m not done. I’ve got to roll again. I land on an activity.

I come back, spin my spinner, and whatever I landed on, and I do that many repetitions, then I’ve won. So, the first person that does that ends up winning. The first activity they land on and finish is the winner.

Now, what makes this really challenging and fun and anybody can win is that you can be almost completely around, and you’re just about to win, but you land on sorry, go back to start. So, you’ve got to go all the way back to start and keep going. Now, you keep going because other people might land on sorry, get back to start, and then, hey, who knows who’s going to win? So, anybody, any age group can end up winning.

There’s modifications in the rules that allows all ages and all abilities to be able to play. So, you can play camping. You can play at a family reunion.

You can just use it in the middle of the day where, okay, everybody, let’s play a couple games of activities. The games last three to five minutes, and there’s a reason for that. If it lasted too much longer, people would get tired, and they’d want to quit, but they’re quick energy bursts.

So, you can play the best of three, the best of five. You can even use this as a classroom brain break because up to 30 kids could play this at one time. You can put a bunch of kids on each team.

Fitivities is so much fun. Everybody loves it, and I know you’re going to love it, too.

Fitness Overview:

This is a video of a lecture I did on the new Fortnite game. I am not a fan of Fortnite. I am a fan of the game.

Lunges, jogging, plates, here’s your chance. Do some jumping jacks, try the twisting the foot dance. Shadow boxing all you non-stoppers. Do the plank hold and try some grasshoppers. Different components and aspects of the game. There’s plenty more fun exercises I could name, like arm circles, quick jumps, and knee raises. A game that’ll work you out, and it amazes everyone that plays the game, that’s for sure. Number of participants, one to twenty-four. So put some music on, and we all like the groove. So when playing Fitivity’s the game that moves you. So much fun, this game is packed, but makes it easy and convenient for families to be active. A new class of game made for all of us. Flexibility of ages six to sixty plus. So roll the dice and move to your spot. Spin the dial for a while, give it all you got. The first team to pass the start line is the team that wins. Fun for everyone the second that the game begins. Fitivity’s a game played with ease. Now burn some calories. F-F-F-F-F-F-Fitivity’s. Burn some calories. No ordinary game, increase your activities. Right here and now introducing Fitivity’s.
