Making a purchase could not be easier! Simply click on the Store link and you will be guided to our online store. You will be asked to provide a few details that we will need to complete your order. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal. If you choose to pay by credit card, you will be charged for the amount of your order including applicable shipping and handling charges and sales tax (if applicable). Your credit card purchase will be processed over a secure internet connection.
Shipping and handling
All orders are shipped prepaid via UPS (Ground). If you need expedited shipping, please contact us at (8881) 842-7746. When UPS limits are exceeded, we strive to ship by the most cost effective and direct method to get Skillastics® Products to your specified location.
Shipping policies
Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours pending credit card verification. Please allow 3-7 working days for UPS ground orders. In the event that we cannot fulfill your order within 5 business days, we will inform you by email when we expect to ship the backordered item(s). For order shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, or US Territories, additional fees may apply. For International shipments, Skillastics®.com does not charge, nor do we assume responsibility for taxes, duty or brokerage fees. All additional fees charged by UPS International, customs, brokerages, etc. are to be paid by the customer.
Guarantee
Sandy Spin Slade, Inc. warrants that all Skillastics® products are free of defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty is valid for the original purchaser for 15 days following the date of purchase. All returned merchandise must be new, and complete, and still in original packaging. No returns will be approved and/or credited if the merchandise has been used or damaged in any way. Prior to returning the product, please email us at info@skillastics.com and we will email you a form and instruction on how to return your purchase.
Shipping to PO Boxes
We do not ship to Post Office Boxes.
Back Orders
In the event that we cannot fulfill your order within 5 business days, we will inform you by email when we expect to ship the backordered item(s).
Tax Charges
We have business operations in Wisconsin and California. Customers in these states will be subject to current applicable sales tax. Orders billed to customers in other states will not be subject to sales tax.

Returns Policy
We guarantee 100% satisfaction. Product may be returned for a refund within 30 days of date product shipped in accordance with our return policy set forth below:
All returns must be authorized by us and require an authorization number, must be returned within 30 days of ship date otherwise they will not be eligible for credit, must be returned in original condition. A 20% restocking fee may apply and shipping charges will not be refunded unless the merchandise is defective or it was shipped incorrectly. Return authorization number must be included in all correspondence and returns. We are not responsible for misuse, freight damage or improper storage.
